For almost 30 years, I shut down my intuitive side.
I spent 11 of those years in the military—structured, hardened, and deeply disconnected from myself. When I left, I unraveled. Without that rigid scaffolding, I was lost.
That’s when I found my menstrual cycle.
That’s when I found the Moon.
Slowly, I began to live in rhythm.
I built a life—then a business—that flows with my body, not against it.
Whether I’m reading tarot, creating rituals, or practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine someday… this structure will remain.
Because the foundation is set.
And that foundation is me.
From a young age, I dreamed of retiring.
Not because I’m lazy—because I was born tired.
If you were born with gifts, you probably know what I mean.
You become the emotional extension.
The one who senses before you speak.
The antenna.
That’s why my work is rooted in energetic sovereignty.
